Pros and cons
Pros
- Licensed by the Gambling Commission under 060629-R-337532-004, with Tek Fox Ltd as the named operator
- Withdrawals that are Instant, most funds within 2 hours, with fast payouts in the fast payouts and mobile app list
- A welcome offer of 100 free spins on first GBP 10 deposit (UK), plus a mobile app listed in the same fast payouts and mobile app set
- 900 to 1,000 games across slots, live tables, blackjack, roulette and crash, drawn from Pragmatic Play, Games Global and Blueprint Gaming
Cons
- The £10 minimum deposit sits above the site median of €8.77
- Support runs on email, chat and help centre only, with no phone line among them
- Verification is required, so an identity check sits between registration and playing with 100 free spins on first GBP 10 deposit (UK)
Who it suits
- UK adults who want free spins from a deposit rather than a cash match
- Players who rate withdrawals above bonus size, given Instant, most funds within 2 hours payouts
- Bingo players as well as slot fans, since bingo includes bingo next to 900 to 1,000 games
Who should look elsewhere
- Players after a match deposit rather than free spins, since Funzpoints advertises 100% up to $20 US
- Bigger percentage match seekers, since Chipstars Affiliates advertises Up to 270% casino bonus
Responsible gambling tools
MrQ sets out deposit limits, cool off and self exclusion as its safer gambling controls, so spend caps, a cooling off period, self-exclusion and reality checks on session length are all in place. Verification is required on the account, which confirms age and identity before play. Set the deposit limit and cool off period at registration rather than after a bad run, since self-exclusion takes the account out of service.

Frequently asked questions
Who regulates MrQ?+
MrQ is licensed by the Gambling Commission (Great Britain) and UK Gambling Commission, under Great Britain licence number 60629. The licence is held by Tek Fox Ltd, and the company is headquartered in Malta. A second licence record, 060629-R-337532-004, appears on the same register.
What do new players get at MrQ?+
The welcome offer is 100 free spins on first GBP 10 deposit (UK). The bonus type is a free bet per free bet, so there is no cash match attached, and the offer comes with the minimum deposit of £10, which sits above the site median of €8.77.
How fast do withdrawals come out?+
MrQ describes withdrawals as Instant, most funds within 2 hours, and fast payouts appear in its fast payouts and mobile app list. Payments go back through the same methods accepted for deposits, so card and bank transfer players see funds return to the card or account they came from.
Which payment methods does MrQ take?+
Accepted payment methods are Apple Pay, Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit. Cards, PayPal and Easy Bank Transfer cover most UK banking habits, and the deposit that carries the offer starts at £10, above the site median of €8.77.
What can I play at MrQ?+
The library holds 900 to 1,000 games. Coverage follows slots, live and table, and bingo adds bingo alongside the casino range. Live dealer games are part of the offering, with studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution and NetEnt supplying titles.
Is there a mobile app?+
A mobile app sits in the fast payouts and mobile app list, so play is not limited to a desktop browser. The same list pairs the app with fast payouts, and payments through Apple Pay, Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit cover options like Apple Pay and PayPal for play on a phone.
How do I get help at MrQ?+
Support runs on email, chat and help centre, so live chat covers quick questions, email handles anything that needs a paper trail, and a help centre holds the standing answers. No phone support is listed among the channels, which matters for players who prefer to talk.
What responsible gambling tools are there?+
The safer gambling tools cover deposit limits, cool off and self exclusion. Deposit limits cap what goes in, cool off gives a break, reality checks flag session length, and self-exclusion closes the account. Verification is required, so age and identity are confirmed before any of these are set.
