Responsible Gambling

1. Gambling should stay fun

Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. Set a budget before you play, never chase losses, and stop if it stops being fun. This page lists tools and resources to help you stay in control.

2. Age restriction

This site and the operators listed on it are intended only for adults who meet the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, which is 18 in most countries and higher in some. If you are under this age, do not use this Site or any gambling operator.

3. Warning signs of a gambling problem

Consider seeking help if you recognize any of the following:

  • Spending more time or money on gambling than you intended;
  • Chasing losses by depositing more to try to win back money;
  • Hiding gambling activity from family or friends;
  • Borrowing money or selling assets to fund gambling;
  • Gambling affecting your work, relationships, or wellbeing.

4. Tools to stay in control

Most licensed operators offer the following account controls, usually in the account or responsible gambling settings:

  • Deposit limits: cap how much you can deposit per day, week, or month;
  • Loss limits: cap how much you can lose in a given period;
  • Session time limits and reminders;
  • Cooling-off periods: a short break of a few days to weeks;
  • Self-exclusion: block your own access to an operator, or to all licensed operators in some jurisdictions, for a longer period.

5. Support organizations

If you or someone you know needs support, these organizations offer confidential help:

  • BeGambleAware (UK): begambleaware.org
  • GamCare (UK): gamcare.org.uk
  • National Council on Problem Gambling (US): ncpgambling.org, helpline 1-800-522-4700
  • Gambling Therapy (international): gamblingtherapy.org

Availability of specific support services varies by country. Search for a problem gambling helpline in your own country if the organizations above do not serve your region.

6. Our commitment

We only list operators that display recognized gambling licensing information, and we favor operators that publish clear responsible gambling tools. Listing an operator is not an endorsement to gamble beyond what you can afford. See our Disclaimer for full risk warnings.
